  1. Is there a way to view your products?

    Yes. We understand that seeing is believing so we offer live, personalized online demonstrations hosted by our Subject Matter Experts. To request a demo, please fill out the form in the website or contact us at info@isotrain.com. We will complete a short survey in order to assess your business needs, and schedule a date and time that is convenient for your team.

  2. How can we try the ISOtrain application?

    We have a Cloud Sandbox Environment for the ISOtrain product. Upon completion of a product demo and an online training session, we can make arrangements for a 5 to 10 day trial.

  3. What purchasing options do you offer?

    We offer both SaaS and self-hosted models.

    With the SaaS Cloud model we take care of the product/hardware installation, software validation and ongoing product/hardware maintenance – all you have to do is log in.

    The self-hosted model is for those customers that prefer to host the software at their site on their hardware. This model is a Turnkey Solution that includes the software, documentation, training, and ongoing maintenance/support. With this model, your company is able to implement the products with your resources – no implementation or consulting services from Softek are required.

  4. Do you offer implementation/consulting services?

    Softek offers a variety of services to assist you with your implementation. We offer installation, configuration, validation, training, and consulting services. These services are tailored to meet your implementation needs.
